Rollem are currently finishing the design of a system for a customer in Northern Europe to produce DVD inlays. There will be 9 inlays printed on a sheet and we will be cutting them and separating them, possibly into 3 delivery streams. A feature of this system is that there is a requirement for document management in the machinery. We will be fitting bar code scanners to automatically read the barcodes on the DVD inlays and using the scanned information to automatically print out job control and packaging labels.
