Highest-quality cutting

Nothing cuts like a Rollem. With our unique two-directional slit/score/perf capability, sheets are slit into strips then conveyed into individual register guides. There they are slit in the second direction, and delivered into individual streams. BCSii has perfect registration even while running at extremely high production speeds.

Mark-free processing

There’s absolutely no marking from processing on a Rollem. What’s more, you can apply special finishes such as thermography or embossing with no crushing and laminating is no problem.

BCSii allows you to use less machinery and fewer people. You can take control of your finishing and squeeze maximum added value from your printing.

Long-life technologically advanced slitting blade

Typically, you can operate your BCSii 24/7 for over 4 months before you even think of replacing the blade – try that with a guillotine. Add to that our new ‘finest cut’ bevel edge blade design and you have a machine that is quite simply second to none. 

Minimal waste

Make-ready is fast and efficient on the BCSii – run just two or three sheets to establish slitting accuracy and you’re ready to go. Bleed cutting further saves waste – 1.6mm gutter slits are standard, and no other system can go down to a 0.8mm gutter.
