Technical Support

We offer annual service contracts and breakdown call outs for all our print finishing systems.

Service contracts

If you take up our annual service contract this includes:

  • Labour and travel for any problem with the equipment causing a disruption to production (parts not included, operator error and aborted calls not included);
  • 48 hour (next working day whenever possible) attendance for any problem with the equipment causing a disruption to production (parts not included), weekend servicing available at extra cost;
  • One annual machine check and preventative maintenance service (parts not included), additional 6 month machine check and service for larger systems;
  • One free training/advice call at anytime during the 12 months, which may be used for example to cover advice on new applications;
  • Electrical and safety check on every visit;
  • Regular updates on new products and applications.

Breakdown service

If you have a breakdown problem we promise to be on site (UK only) within 48 hour (next working day whenever possible) attendance for any problem with the equipment causing a disruption to production (parts not included), weekend servicing available at extra cost. 

We can talk your technicians through the problem offering telephone support and video conferencing to reduce the need for site visits where possible.
