Featured Videos Help
The featured videos should start automatically within about 15 seconds from the page opening.
If you Right Click on top of the playing video, a sub-menu appears;
particularly useful is the
zoom selection which will enable you to play the
video at full screen size.
At the bottom of each page is a direct link to the video file so that you can play the video
through your
default video player
and download the video from the Internet to be saved for
playing later; use this
feature as follows:
Left Click file name - play video in the default player
Right Click file name and Left Click "Open in New Window" - play video in media player
Right Click file name and Left Click "Save Target As..." - download and save the file to
your computer
Also on each page is a link to the brochure (in pdf format) for each of the featured Rollem machines.

If the videos are very slow to play
The quality of the video depends upon the speed of your
Internet connection and the amount of
Internet traffic.
If you are trying the higher resolution videos for faster connections, then try the
lower resolution
videos for
slower connections.
If you still cannot see the videos at sufficient quality, then try
downloading the videos first to your
computer, before playing them.
If the videos do not play at all
If the featured videos do not play, then try playing them by clicking the
link at the bottom of
each video page.
Your computer may not be powerful enough to run video files. Generally,
a computer that is less than
four years old is required, with a sound card and a
reasonable graphics card.
You may need to update your computer with the latest window media files from Microsoft.
